Who should attend Tekion One?
- Tekion One is for anyone in the automotive ecosystem looking to accelerate performance, learn best practices, and prepare for the next decade of innovation. Leaders, managers, frontline staff, partners, and innovators will all find value.
What is the cost to attend?
- Early bird pricing is $499, regular is $599, and late/onsite is $699. More detailed information can be found on the registration page. We’re pleased to offer exclusive discounted room rates at the Conrad for attendees. A limited number of rooms are available, book now.
What’s included with registration?
- Registration includes access to all general sessions, interactive learning tracks, the Tekion Village and Partner Expo, evening events, and all conference meals and refreshments.
Can I attend just part of the conference?
- Tekion One is a full three-day experience to maximize learning and networking. Single-day passes are not available.
Will there be a virtual or hybrid attendance option?
- Tekion One is an in-person event only to ensure the best learning and networking experience.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
- We will issue a full refund, less a 10% fee, for cancellation requests submitted via the registration site on or before April 2, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT. Cancellation requests submitted via the registration site between April 2, 2026, and May 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM PDT will receive a 50% refund, less a 10% cancellation fee. No refunds will be offered for paid items after May 14, 2026. Refunds will be processed 5 to 7 business days after the cancellation request has been processed and confirmed, and will be returned to the method of payment on the attendee record. If you have not received your refund by July 1, 2026, please contact us at registration@tekion.com. After the conference begins, cancellations due to extenuating circumstances (such as death, accident, or serious illness) must be submitted in writing, include appropriate documentation, and must be received by Tekion at registration@tekion.com prior to the last day of the conference. Modifications to registrations will be allowed via the registration platform. After registering for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that will allow you to modify your registration if needed.
Can multiple team members attend from one dealership? Are there team discounts?
- Yes—multiple attendees are welcome. Team pricing and group discounts can be found on the registration page.

What are the hours for the registration desk?

What is the dress code for the event?
- Business casual for daytime sessions; evening events welcome smart casual attire.
Will there be a party?
- Yes—attendees are invited to our opening Welcome party on June 15 and signature Tekion One Bash at AYU DayClub on the evening of June 16, featuring music, entertainment, food, drinks, and a true Las Vegas experience.
